For custom pieces, we’ll keep you updated throughout the crafting process and let you know when your order is ready to ship.
2. Shipping Rates
We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to offer affordable shipping options to keep your cozy goodies within reach.
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery is typically within 3-5 business days once shipped.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10-20 business days.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. We package each order with care, but if your package faces any unexpected delays or issues, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we trust our friendly postal carriers to deliver your items in a timely manner, we know that sometimes packages get delayed or lost. 5. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll be happy to resend it. However, additional shipping costs may apply.
6. Local Pickup (If Applicable)
For our nearby neighbors, we offer the option of local pickup. If you're in the area and would like to skip shipping altogether, choose the Local Pickup option at checkout. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup at our cozy little hobbit hole.
